Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 1 August 2026
SquadTechno respects the privacy of businesses using SquadCRM.
Information we process
We process account, business, billing, transaction, device, support, and service-usage information needed to provide and secure SquadCRM. Our customers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate lawful basis to enter personal data about their own staff and customers.
Purpose and handling
We use information to deliver the product, authenticate users, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, completion of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
Retention and security
We retain account and service data while your account is active. After closure, we retain data only for the period needed for exports, support, backups, dispute resolution, legal claims, and statutory recordkeeping or tax obligations, then delete or anonymise it where practicable. Backup copies may persist until their normal rotation. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the service. Razorpay is our payment subprocessor and processes payment information to collect subscription charges and, where you consent, save a payment method for renewal. We may also use hosting, communications, analytics, and support providers. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under appropriate contractual obligations.
Contact and complaints
For privacy requests or grievances, contact the SquadCRM Privacy Team through our contact page. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
