Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SquadCRM, provided by SquadTechno.
Service and account
We grant your business a limited, non-transferable right to use SquadCRM for its internal operations during an active subscription. You are responsible for authorised users, accurate business information, lawful use, and keeping credentials confidential.
Subscription, renewal, and grace period
Access is provided on the plan and billing cycle you select. Fees, applicable taxes, optional setup charges, and any hardware charges are shown before payment. Where auto-renew is enabled, you authorise a renewal charge to your saved payment method at the end of each billing period, at the then-current plan price. If a renewal payment fails, access remains available for a 3-day grace period before paid features or access may be restricted. Plan & Billing shows the applicable status and any current grace-period details.
Cancellation and refunds
You may turn off auto-renew or request cancellation through Plan & Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so you retain access until then. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Contact us promptly through our contact page for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a refund request required by law.
Your data
You retain responsibility for the business and customer data you enter. We process it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Export or retain records you need before account closure, subject to applicable law and your plan's available export tools.
Availability and liability
We will use reasonable care to provide the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will resolve disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law.
